Next Lab is located on the 2nd floor of Creativity Commons at ASU’s Tempe campus. Our space is designed for collaboration, exploration, and hands-on learning. The Creativity Commons is located on the ASU Tempe campus, a hub of innovation and creativity within walking distance from the heart of ASU’s academic and research spaces.

To visit ASU’s Creativity Commons, head to the Tempe campus and park in the Apache Boulevard Parking Structure, located just a short walk from the Creativity Commons building. Before visiting, we recommend that you check ASU’s visitor parking rates and availability.

During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art facilities, learn about our projects, and see firsthand how we are shaping the future of learning and technology. Volunteer and join our Guilds
The Next Lab Volunteer Program invites curious, creative individuals to get involved with our Guilds and contribute to hands-on learning experiences. Our Guilds are communities of practice that bring together people from diverse backgrounds to explore, experiment, and collaborate on cutting-edge upskilling projects.
Volunteers join a guild for one month, attend weekly meetings, work on an applied project with the team, and share what they’ve learned at the end of their cycle. Whether you’re looking to explore emerging technologies, develop new skills, or just be part of a collaborative team making cool things—this is your chance to dive in.
